In the last 30 years, discoveries about the intelligence of the heart have been revealing. It has been proven that the heart has a small brain and how it interrelates with the brain and exchanges information. This now allows us to understand how our thoughts and emotions are not isolated and how they impact our physical, mental and emotional health.
The system developed by the HeartMath Institute allows us to create coherence between the heart and the brain, thus helping the nervous system and therefore creating inner balance.

What resilience is, how we can help us develop it, and how it impacts each sphere of the person, making us more aware of the energy losses in each of them.
Video 3: Renewing and exhausting emotions and what is the electromagnetic field?
Understand how emotions and thoughts influence health and how this is often emitted without realizing it, impacting our environment. Learn how to consciously raise your vibratory level and create coherence in the electro magnetic field.
Video 4: Heart-focused breathing technique
Heart coherence base technique, learn how this technique can quickly reduce feelings of anger, anxiety, overwhelm, dread, acute pain, etc., and is commonly easy to learn and use in daily life.
Video 5: Inner balance technique
The state of balance is a highly regenerative state that helps us flow more easily through challenges, and develops our capacity for resilience. Technique that helps us to respond assertively by moving away from drama.

This easy to apply technique will allow you to enter into a more coherent physiological state, through the experience of renewing emotions already learned.

You will learn the importance and how to help the nervous system return to balance, and therefore improve physical, mental and emotional health, remaining in tune with the coherence of the heart.

What is intuitive intelligence and how to develop it from a coherent state. Research in the electro-physiology of intuition shows that sometimes, if a future event is emotionally relevant, the heart can produce a signal that alerts you before the event happens.
Video 9: Relationship Energetics
Recognize how our attitudes and emotions can affect other people, not only with body language and tone of voice, but through these magnetic fields, which function as carrier waves. This means that our coherence or incoherence can affect those around us, whether we are aware of it or not.
Video 10: Technique of creating, sustaining and expanding
Learn how activating and sustaining coherence trains the nervous system to a new norm. The nervous system begins to recognize this more resilient and energetically efficient state as familiar, so it becomes your new internal set point: in other words, it becomes more automatic.
