She trained as a Gestalt Humanistic Psychotherapist at the Gestalt Institute of Cuernavaca, Morelos.
She took specialties in children, adolescents and couples.
Since 2003 she has run her private practice, and her work is focused on expanding self-awareness: “The more I see myself … I see more possibilities for my world and my circumstances.”
She works with the symptom, bringing light to the shadow, clarifying the meaning of life and questioning beliefs that prevent our evolution as earthly beings, making a practice of our inner observer. She supports her work with resources and tools from Bodhi Medicine, The Work of Byron Katie, Morty Lefkoe’s “mother beliefs,” the Map of Consciousness by Dr. David Hawkins and other accompaniment models. Her experience and learnings are offered in service to others.
